Services
SEO services for South African businesses.
Local SEO for South African businesses, done properly. We tune your Google Business Profile, fix the technical issues holding your site back, and build service and location pages for the towns you actually work. The aim is the positions your competitors have been sitting on, and calls that keep coming after the ad budget stops. We have helped South African businesses generate over R114 million in sales.
What you get
- Google Business Profile work aimed at Maps and the local pack: categories, services, photos, posts and the details Google actually reads
- Technical SEO: page speed, site structure, internal links and schema, fixed rather than listed in a report
- On-page work on the pages that actually earn money, written for what people type, not for a keyword tool
- Location and service pages expanded as you take on new suburbs, and pruned where the search volume is not there
- Content that answers the questions your customers ask before they phone: what it costs, how long it takes, what goes wrong
- A review and citation strategy that builds local trust and keeps your listings consistent
- Pages structured so Google AI Mode and AI Overviews can lift a clean answer out of them, which is the AI SEO half of the same job
- Plain-English monthly reports on rankings, traffic and calls, with no lock-in contract behind them
Who it is for
Established South African businesses that want calls which do not stop the moment the ad budget does. SEO is the slow lever: it builds over months rather than weeks, and it works hardest on a site built to convert the traffic it earns. If your customers search before they hire, there is a position here worth owning.
SEO works hardest on a site built to convert the traffic it earns, which is why the search work and the web design work are usually scoped together.
If you need jobs this month rather than next quarter, paid ads is the faster lever, and we compare the two honestly in Google Ads vs Facebook ads for contractors.
The managed monthly packages, and what each one includes, are on the pricing page.
SEO takes months to bite, so most clients run Google and Meta ads alongside it and let the rankings build in the background.
Since August 2025 a South African search can be answered by Google AI Mode rather than a list of links, so the same pages now have to be written to be quoted as well as ranked. That work is set out on the AI SEO page, and in practice the two get scoped together.
Common questions
What do I actually get sent each month?
A plain-English report on rankings, traffic and calls, with the work we did that month listed against it. No lock-in contract sits behind it, so if the report stops justifying the fee you stop paying it.
How long does SEO take to work?
Longer than paid ads. Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can shift things reasonably early. Rankings for the competitive service terms build over months, not weeks. If you need jobs booked this month, run paid ads alongside the SEO and let the rankings compound in the background.
What about AI search and AI Overviews?
Google AI Mode has been live in South Africa since August 2025, so some of your customers are already getting a written answer instead of ten links. The foundations are the same ones classic SEO needs, which is why we do not sell it as a separate product. The extra work is structuring pages so an answer can be lifted cleanly and making sure your business is described identically everywhere online. It is set out in full on the AI SEO page.
Do I need a new website first?
Not always. If your current site is fast enough and structured sensibly, we work with it. If it is slow, dated or built on a platform that fights back, rebuilding it first is usually cheaper than paying us to drag it up the rankings.
What does SEO cost?
It is scoped on the call, because a single-suburb plumber and a national installer need very different amounts of work. We do not sell SEO off a shelf. The managed packages we do publish, and what each one includes, are set out on the pricing page.
